Pissed Off Polar Bear

This chick some how gets too close to the cage of a Polar Bear at a zoo and obviously gets what's coming. I don't want to say it is her fault, but isn't there a guard rail keeping the spectators at a safe distant?

Oh yeah, the camera man for the Polar Bear attack sucks too.
